Precise 3D printing+re molding is an important method for small batch production of hand boards. 3D printing process is required to open the mold in the process of hand board re molding. The mold opening methods include package mold, brush mold (slicing mold, solid mold, plane mold) and pouring mold, which are determined according to the size of the product. Pouring mold is to pour the stirred silica gel and curing agent into the container surrounding the mold, and then vacuum it for curing. Some can not take out the mold directly, but also need to open a knife to demould, so as to smooth production. The mold is made by 3D printing. 3D printing prototype copy is to use 3D printing to make a prototype, that is, a master mold, and then copy a set of molds through the copy process, and finally copy the product through this mold.
The difference between the small batch production of the products using this process and the CNC hand board processing:
1. The difference between the processing method: the lathe processing requires a hand board gongs, while the vacuum lamination is to make an original version, and then make a silicone mold according to the original version for copying.
2. Material difference: ABS, PP, acrylic and other materials are common in the production of handboards, while vacuum lamination is really harmful to ABS, PP, acrylic materials.
3. Difference in processing time: vacuum laminating film can be copied as long as silicone mold is made. Generally, 8-15 products can be produced from one silicone mold, which is much faster than CNC processing.
4. Precision difference: CNC machining precision is much higher than that of vacuum coating.
5. Difference of surface treatment: the surface treatment of the hand model, such as oil spraying, can generally be done by spraying oil on the hand model made by CNC and then drying it in the oven, while the hand model made by vacuum lamination can only be dried naturally.
